Test UWS 1.1 with UWSLib

By default

• Retention period: 90 seconds.
• Job destruction policy: ARCHIVE ON DATE.
• Wait policy: TIMEOUT after 60 seconds.

Note: All these options can be configured in the class TestServlet inside the function initUWS(...).
